4 weeks 5 days after TT, belly button healing ok, but has a white spot that won't seem to go away. Advice? (photo)

It is almost 5 weeks since TT and I have a white spot on my BB that won't seem to go away. Want to be sure it looks okay. Is there anything I should be doing for it? I use neosporin on it. Have put manlike honey on it as well. I do not keep it covered in the Faja with gauze anymore. It has been dry not crusty. The Close looks worse than it is in my opinion.
