Pop and burning sensation - 5 years post-op.

Playing football with grandkids. I got tackled and tried to break my fall and felt pop and burning in my right breast. Now it is painful and burns. I have silicone implants 5 years post surgery. No noticeable changes to the breast. Should I be seen or wait it out?

Rinse away!!!  It's done all the time and remember the bulb suction provides suction OUT of you, which it is designed to do...  so as long as the bulb holds suction and keeps flat, then no bacteria can crawl up the tube. It would be a long swim upstream and against the current!!!!
