Pop and burning sensation - 5 years post-op.

Playing football with grandkids. I got tackled and tried to break my fall and felt pop and burning in my right breast. Now it is painful and burns. I have silicone implants 5 years post surgery. No noticeable changes to the breast. Should I be seen or wait it out?
