After v-line surgery reduced my chin is almost absent and my jaws have no angles. I look odd and ugly. Is rib or bone grafting an option. Can any surgeon who has done jaw and chin reconstruction help?

Whether it is for subtotal or total V line surgery reversal a custom jawline implant is always the best approach for a smooth and controlled amount of bone augmentation. While bone grafts can also be used such grafts do not do well in terms of survival when placed as an onlay graft and will result in variables amounts of resorption and irregularities.

Not uncommon. The augmentation of the jawline with implant material and genioplasty combination does improve the contours and define the jawline with proper performance.
