PRP injections/PRP with micro needing to help repair and heal damaged skin from CO2?

I am 5 months post CO2. Unfortunately, I developed multiple complications following: hypo pigmentation, hyperpigmentation, unusually smooth skin on a section of my face, unusual pink color in a section if my face, damaged moisture barrier, dehydrated skin with nothing that will keep my skin moisturized, and irritant dermatitis. Will PRP injections or micro needling with PRP help with repair and healing?
