PRP injections/PRP with micro needing to help repair and heal damaged skin from CO2?

I am 5 months post CO2. Unfortunately, I developed multiple complications following: hypo pigmentation, hyperpigmentation, unusually smooth skin on a section of my face, unusual pink color in a section if my face, damaged moisture barrier, dehydrated skin with nothing that will keep my skin moisturized, and irritant dermatitis. Will PRP injections or micro needling with PRP help with repair and healing?

Sorry to hear about the negative effects you're experiencing from previous treatments. While there is no magic treatment that would fix everything at once, I think that starting PRP may be of benefit, from a qualified provider with a good system, combined with similarly professional microneeding, ie. Safe and effective system in the hands of an experienced medical technician. Topical application of growth factors could also help. PRP can be used almost anywhere that where cellular repair and regeneration is needed. There are good studies, available online, regarding the use of PRP in scars, such as acne scars.
