If you want the hollowing to improve PRP/PRF will certainly help long term but if you want immediate results as far as filling the under eye area I would suggest a filler like belotero. PRF is much thicker than PRP and it can sub as a filler for 3-6 months. Fat transfer to the area may also be a long term solution, assuming long term viable fat can be harvested using advanced technologies such as Beautifill.

Generally, two vials of blood will be collected from the patient and placed into a centrifuge. The centrifuge spins and separates the platelets from the rest of the blood components.
