Cryliposis after lipo to improve shape of torso?

Undergoing (SWT) + power-assisted liposuction on my double chin & flanks/love handles later this month. Have always been extremely self-conscious about my wide/thick–but not fat/protruding!–belly/back. Entire family has a similar build.
