Different kinds of visible veins on thighs & buttocks. Do they need to be treated differently? What are my best options? (Photo)

I have veins all over my thighs and buttocks which are hard to capture in photos. There is a very visible blue vein which bothers me a lot but then there are thinner purplish veins all over my buttocks and thighs. I even have a cluster of tiny purple veins which I pointed the purple arrow to which looks like a bruise! I have some small veins on my chin/cheeks which are purple/red. Seems I have all different types! What are my options? which laser can target all of these veins on my legs/face?!
