Hello, Based upon the enclosed scans, is it possible to identify if the upper two implants on the right (#11, #12) in the photos are protruding into the sinus floor? I'm four weeks out and not feeling any pain or other issues, some sinus-like condition for the last few days in one side of the nose where implants were done. Surgeon doesn't think it's implants but i will be returning in two wks for a follow up. Thanks in advance.

Judging from the photograph that you included, that area should be looked at immediately.
That is not the appearance of a dental implant that is healing properly.

The provided picture is not very clear but basedon it and the provided description of the performed treatment it seem likethis is a normal granular healing tissue, apparently nothing to worry about butstiches do need to be remove regardless if is with your local dentist or not,preferably...
