Dental implants protruding into sinus? (Photo)

It's very difficult to determine based on the xrays provided. It could be a coincidence. If the implants are in the sinus cavity, yes they can cause some issues. A 3D xray will be able to determine the exact position of the implants in relation to the sinus cavity.

It is not uncommon to have some congestion after implant surgery close to your sinus. Even if the implant is protruding slightly into the sinus, the studies show it can be tolerated well without issues over time. If the symptoms persist, I would speak with your surgeon about getting a CBCT or an ENT consultation. 

Typically it is not a problem if implants extend slightly into the sinus.  It is hard to tell on your radiographs if, or how far, the implants are in the sinus.  If you are not having any sinus symptoms like, discomfort, swelling, congestion, headaches, then they are probably OK.  Its best that you continue to follow up with you dentist or surgeon until they determine the implants are healing in good condition.

The best way to value your case is doing a tomography because is a   3D image that can help the doctor see the right position of implant. 

The best way to tell is to have what is called a CBCT.
Basically, this is a three dimensional x-ray that will allow your implant dentist to accurately see where the implant is placed.
