Syringoma removal. I have dark olive skin & a slight tan. Can I get a Lutronic eCO2 fractional resurfacing procedure? (Photo)

I am nervous because I have read that dark olive skin people should not get laser resurfacing due to scarring and hyper-pigmentation. I know I need to stay out of the sun and will totally do if I get this procedure done. What are your thoughts? If you do not recommend laser what would you recommend? If I can not get these syringoma eliminated, what treatment would you suggest to just make my overall skin look younger and healthier?
