Do I need RCT on tooth #30 that has external resorption or should I extract it and have an implant? (Photos)

Hello, I need to know if its possible to save this tooth. I had endos that told me that extraction is the only way and I have Endodontists that said its possible to save it or see willing to try to save it. I am very confused at what to do now? Im scared if RCT fails, what pain will I go through? Would infection destroy my bone fast and leave me with no option for an implant? Please help!
