I want to get CO2 laser. I am diabetic. Is this procedure safe for me?

Concerns I am a juvenile diabetic. I have high eye pressure (Glaucoma ) in my eyes that I take medication for. I get herpes outbreaks on my mouth. I am on thyroid medication. Is this procedure safe for me?
