One Nostril Is Larger, Is It Possible To Bring the Top of the Nostril Down?

I have attached a picture Is it possible to bring the top of the nostril down (on the side) its a large side nostril. while taking a little from the bottom, overall reducing size of nostrils and deprojecting the nose. they are the three things I would like done in a rhinoplasty, is this being realistic?

Yes, there are several techniques to lower the side of a nostril. The two I have used are local tissue rearrangement (internal V to Y advancement) and inserting a lower lateral cartilage graft in an alar marginal tunnel. Your nasal projection looks fine to me. It is difficult to tell from one view, but seems you might benefit from lowering the dorsum of the nose and improving tip definition.

It is also difficult to asses using the picture you sent.  I would need to see pictures from the bottom looking up into your nose, and even better to see you in person!
