Can nose be widened at upper third?

Hi I had rhinoplasty where nasal bones where narrowed and onlay graft placed ending in a nose that is too high and narrow that does not suit my face can this be undone or improved so that would suit my face which always had a broad nose . Thanks

Before surgery, I will be that the nostrils were a bit different shaped.  This is due to normal asymmetry. It is very difficult to compare this without those pre-op photos.

Hello,The hard bump is the corner of your nasal bone, which is now 'sticking out'.  A very common problem after hump removal, regardless of technique.  Prior to surgery, there is a complex relationship between the edge of the nasal bone and the cartilage side walls of the nose....

The size of the  atrial septal defect will dependent on whether or not it needs to be repaired. A cardiologist should give you written clearance and determine whether or not you are an acceptable candidate to undergo a rhinoplasty procedure under general anesthesia.
