I have a heart murmer - atrial septal defect - which was diagnosed at birth but still present. I have never had any health issues relating to it whatsoever. Would this pose as an issue or contraindication to having a Rhinoplasty at all? Are there any precautions I should be considering prior to going ahead with the surgery?
