2 weeks ago I noticed slight discolouration on nose tip with irregular structure. Today however it's more clear there's some irregularities with the shape of my nose tip, it looks bumpy and more crooked. Is this cause for concern?

The only picture you've included is one that shows from below, the so-called worms eye view. Would you mind posting pictures showing your face frontal view and from the side?
Based on this one view you do have some asymmetry. My question is whether it is visible from different angles. If the nose looks good from the front and the sides then I would not do anything unless it really bothered you. If however the tip of the nose is crooked from the front then a minor tip correction can be performed under local anesthesia. The recovery from just correcting the tip will be very quick with essentially no downtime.
