So about 10 years ago I a piece of my enamel sheared off at the gum and mesial contact of #28 lingual. Due to this I lost my papilla in the embrausure space and now it’s blunted. I have dealt with this feeling getting ulcers and sores on my tongue from it going in that area and just feeling a hole there. I finally got a fibroma on my tongue which I had removed. I had dental bonding placed which fixed it but then my dentist smoothed off the piece that closes the space now we can’t recreate it.
