What can I do with this intial outbreak after 2 months of Roaccutane? (photos)

ive been on the oral steroid to stop the flare and even antibiotics... it just seems to be getting worse below are progressional pictures of just how bad it looks. This is post and pre oral steroids and antibiotics course.
