The answer to your question is "potentially yes." There are many different types of filler and they are injected at different depths in the skin and soft tissue. The very superficial fillers like Volbella or Silk can potentially be effected by lasers, but deep fillers like Voluma are less likely to be effected by the laser. This is also very dependent on the type of laser being used. There are so many different types of lasers and some technologies are called "laser," but aren't technically lasers. I would talk with your provider about what fillers and lasers you are considering and if they can be safely combined.
Laser treatment may be contraindicated with very superficially injected fillers but you need to review this with your doctor. Most fillers are injected deep to the skin or on the bone and laser can be performed after filler treatment but it depends on the type of filler and layer of injection. Make sure to see a specialist who understands lasers and fillers.Best of luck.
