Adverse events following BBL HERO. Were the settings too aggressive?

I had (1) session of forever young BBL HERO to my face about 5 months ago. I have FPST 3, and was not tanned at time of procedure. Had not used any retinols for months prior. In the wks/months proceeding have noticed horrible skin texture and tons of fat/vol loss. Settings attached. Was this extremely aggressive? I do not think 515 nm was approp for my skin type. Thank you.
