65 yo male. My perfect weight, which eradicated side flanks was 160lb until I lost at least 1/2” height. Now I’m not sure what I should weigh at 5’7 1/2”. But it is very difficult to lose or maintain a lower weight. I have creases forming on side of waist and the real ‘show’ is my back. For some reason I’ve had success keeping fat from the middle of back. So, would either method of fat freeze work for me? I forgot to mention i work out 4hrs min. a week and at right weight , look very athletic.
