I had front dental implants with bone graphs 3 weeks ago. If I get treated with Botox in the forehead could that affect the healing process of my implants?

Lost bone will not grow back with a dental implant. However, a dental implant will help maintain the existing bone architecture and prevent or minimize further bone loss in the future.
