Can I use Derma Roller after taking 4 pills of isotretinoin?

I have acne scars and I'm going to use 1.5mm dermaroller .. but i took 4 pills of 20mg isotretinoin (4 days) Is it safe to use the dermaroller?

No unforutunately the only thing that maybe able to help is internal hormonal optimization (see link) and sculptra injections. typically you lose weight and then you lift the sagging skin.  dermarolling will help crepe skin and texture though.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I wouldnt suggest oil or that specific oil for rolling. we have a very specific protocol followed by a lightening or an exfoliating mask to give acne improvement (see link).  Best, Dr. Emer.
