Can Derma Rolling at home help with sagging breasts while losing weight?

I am 21 years old and I have lost 20 lbs, and I am planning to lose 70 lbs more. I am aware that saggy skin will be a problem but I want to eliminate it as much as possible. I have old stretch marks above my breasts too. Is derma rolling a safe and an effective option?
