4 weeks after one full-face Profractional. Brown dot-like hyperpigmentation on treated area. Some also with texture change like pinpoint holes or enlarged pores just exactly at the dot-like hyperpigmentition area. Is this dot-like hyperpigmentation normal? Will them eventually become permanent texture change like the pinpoint holes I’ve already seen? Does this texture change mean my skin is scarring? Scar gel could help or make it worse since it’s still healing?
