3 days after LASIK, I have better than perfect left eye (20/15) and blurry right eye (20/30). Will my right eye catch up?

At three days out from surgery I would not be too concerned. Your eyes are really starting to heal and the ultimate visual outcome can take a week or more to reveal itself. 

It takes more than a few days for your vision to stabilize following LASIK. In fact it can take up to three months for full visual stabilization. I urge you to be patient and allow your eyes to heal. Note that some patients who see 20/20 the day after surgery end up needing a touchup, and some who are blurry on day one end up better than 20/20 with no retreatment. Dryness is common and can affect the vision. Frequent use of artificial tears is helpful to improve healing and help with vision. If tears don’t seem to help much, speak with your surgeon about other ways to help dryness, including the placement of punctum plugs.

Hello, hope you are doing good and taking proper precaution after surgery. Well, you are jumping to conclusion too early. You will have to wait for 90 days to jump to any conclusion. If still the condition persists you can ask your surgeon for enhancements. Stop comparing your eye sight every now and then, it would put unnecessary psychological pressure on you. Let your eyes to heal first.
