How can I get rid of scars from picking ingrown hair? (Photo)

I have been picking for about two years. I have many scars on my legs. Although I stopped picking now i regret doing it in the first place. My legs are scared and I am very concerned about that. I am a teen and I like wearing shorts but due to the scars I feel embarassed to do so. I am afraid of getting any sort of lazor surgery done. I want to know if there are any creams/oils/natural remedy just anything at all that i can use to get rid of the scars. I have attached pics. Please help me!
