Will a Tummy Tuck solve abdominal bloating? (photo)

From the photos submitted and your
clinical history, it appears that your fluctuating abdominal bloating occurs
from internal issues related to your digestive tract, rather than external
issues related to excess fat, loose skin or loose tummy muscles. If you have had children, the tummy muscles
can become separated, resulting in abdominal swelling and intermittent
bloating, particular after eating. In
these circumstances, an abdominoplasty focusing on tightening the tummy muscles
can be of some assistance. Any
subcutaneous fat can undergo liposuction and this can help flatten the tummy if
there is no muscle-tummy weakness and separation. If you plan to have children one day and have
not gone through a pregnancy, sometimes it is best to wait until after
pregnancy to then address your post-baby tummy issues then.

You are doing the right thing by
eating well and exercising frequently.
If this problem persists, you would be best advised to seek the advice
of an experienced plastic surgeon in performing tummy tuck surgery and
abdominal liposuction. An abdominal
ultrasound to assess internal organ abnormalities such as ovarian cysts,
uterine fibroids and other pathology would also be advised.
