The profile of my chin looks okay in a neutral state, but protrudes significantly when I smile. Is Botox a possible solution? Or should I be looking at surgical solutions, like a chin reduction?

The "lines" that form a V shape appear to be veins. These would not be corrected with Botox. For the horizontal lines and texture you could consider SkinPen. This is a microneedling treatment which can address overall skin tone and texture.
If you no longer have muscle movement for the brow it is unlikely to lower further with more Botox. The treatment works by affecting the ability of the injected muscle to contract. Once this has been achieved additional Botox will not likely impact your result further.
Hi, I’m Lauren, the aesthetic injector here at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center. It is typically recommended to get re-treated every 90 days with Botox or Dysport.
