My doctor just says its thin skin. Sun damaged skin. But this became a problem overnight. I had been under extreme stress for about a year and lost about 1/3 of my hair. Once the stress subsided and my hair started growing back, I started having the bruising problems. Will microdermabrasion or any other technique work in strengthening my skin? The problem is only on my lower arms.
