Lip fillers should be no contraindication to chin implants 2 months ago, and teeth whitening should also be no issue. I would not do the teeth whitening on the same day as fillers, and would wait 2 days after doing lip fillers before having your teeth whitened. But, if possible it is best to whiten your teeth first, they often use an instrument to lift and open the mouth and lips away from your teeth -- this can stretch and distort fillers if newly placed.

Lip fillers should be safe after a chin implant. As far as the teeth whitening, I would be concerned that they don't over-strech your mouth when placing the mouth piece to keep your mouth open, as this mouth pieces tend to be very large.
