When I was like 7 I fell on concrete and busted my mouth up pretty good. So I got braces on and never got them off until my freshman year of high school. Needless to say, we put a lot of money into my mouth and I take very good care of my teeth but I literally can’t get my 2 front teeth to whiten AT ALL!! I have tried every single type of home whitening kits and tooth pastes and everything. Help me.

If you have external discoloration (i.e. Staining from such things as tea and coffee), then professional tooth cleaning will help you. Bleach will not work well with external discoloration.
If you have internal yellowing, then you need to whiten your teeth using a whitening gel that is held onto...
You can attempt to whiten your dentin first. A little may improve but not enough will make you satisfied for long term. Lumineers veneers without prepping your tooth away more will be best option to achieve that brightness and to protect your teeth.
It is not unusual to have pain after in office whitening. In addition to what you are doing, I would try rubbing some sensydyne toothpaste 2x daily on the sore area and don't rinse or drink for 30 minutes.
