Treatment for hemosiderin staining from V beam, what's best? (Photo)

Hello, Dr's developed hemosiderin staining on my neck from a V beam to treat some redness, what's best to treat this I have read up the Q switch laser-like PicoSure is the best but would appreciate any opinions on how best to treat this.
