Is PicoSure laser safe for Asian colored skin for PIH? (photo)

Question

Im woman 35 single. I did tca 30% peel cross and washed face after 2 hours. I'm left with black spots even after 2 months. I'm considering picosure laser as I have opennpores as well. But afraid it might give me pigmentation.I'm prone to pigmentation easily. I don't want to risk.

Thank you for your question! The Picosure is working on pigemented lesions and freckles very well, with pigmented lesions resolving in 100% of those treated in the studies done with just two treatments.  Melasma may respond, but has not been studied yet.  A test spot of the area will let you know if it would be effective.
