Yes, it is safe. There are no contraindications for getting a Fraxel laser while taking Spironolactone. 

Many patients who have acne and are on oral antibiotics have Fraxel laser for their acne scars.  There is no contraindications for taking Spironolactone and Clear and Brilliant and any of the lasers or chemical peels for your acne scars. Yes, it is safe to have Fraxel laser treatments for acne scarring while taking spironolactone.  

It's very common to combine an oral or topical antibiotic with laser treatments.  Ideally, you would want to consult with a Board Certified Dermatologist to make certain lasers are appropriate to perform. If you are experiencing too many acne breakouts, you may not be a candidate to start treatment.
