Saline-Text Implants removed after 18 years, 8 mo's later caps removed. IGE levels elevated. Texture flaked off on implants.

Path report show; Dense fibroconnective tissue w focal foreign body granuloma. Seroma fluid both breast, inflammatory cells, red cells and histiocytes. IGE went down after implants removed, but back up shortly after caps removed. Stirred up something? 750 <114. During implantation WBC and neutrophils elevated. Dropped after caps removed. Now breasts are swollen, painful etc. Dr's are stumped. Ultrasound; 3 seroma, numerous cysts & lymph nodes. Skin rashes for years got better after explant.
