What is the safe and correct way to do brazilian for men using laser hair removal methods such as Alexandrite?

During my full body laser treatments using Alexandrite, I have done brazilian two sessions. Although the result and satisfaction are great, I am a concerned about fertility. I am 33 yo male. In each session, I was helping the technician to hold testicles aside from the laser to reduce the risk of burning any cells underneath. It was never directly on testicles, but even going around them could not be very safe and accurate. What is the best and SAFEST practice for brazilian?
