I'm a 39 years old Male and suffer from thining hair for the past 8-9 years. I still can see alot of blond thin hairs on my scalp among the several grades of thining of the darker hairs. And wanted to know if this treatment is suitable for me.

you need transplantation + prp/acell and/or Exosomes.  oral medications and topical creams also should be used to "fertilize" the lawn as I say.
I suggest a formal consultation as there are a combination of treatments that can be done to improve har loss.  Oral finesteride has very little to no side effects in the majority of people; PRP/platelet-rich plasma + stem cells like A Cell help regrow hair and slow down the thinning process; rogaine and restorsea spray should be used daily; oral viviscal helps keep nutrients high in the follices as well.  Transplantation is a last resort but works early in the aging process as well.  A formal consultation and combination treatment is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

PRP can usually regrow hair that has been lost three to five years. It can also thicken hairs that are existing 30% and decrease hair loss. So yes you can try hair loss treatment with prp you may need 6 sessions at least to see growth. You may also want to consider hair transplant as you are considered an advanced hair loss patient and you will probably yield better results and if you go that route you will need maintenance with minoxdil after and/or prp.

Determining the etiology of hair loss will determine what treatment is used. In general combination treatments are the most effective way to treat hair loss. In your case PRP could help. But first I would make sure nutritional deficiencies, medical conditions are ruled out. Once they are, using the right types of shampoos and conditioners, use of topical and oral medications for hair loss , laser cap therapy, peptide use, stem cells are some of the treatments involved in treating hair loss. Combination of the above treatments in various ways yields the best results.
