Can orthognatic surgery be revised? Are there additional risks?

I had bimax and genio. devastating results. Further consults show I should have CCW rotation of lower mand and advancement, instead I had CW rotation maxilla and genioplasty + advancement. Im over 30, can this be revised? what r the additional risks? how difficult it is? pls help.
