Well my maxilla and jaw aren't that recessed, I have a weak chin and recessed jaw but not that recessed. My maxilla is just average/little recessed. So from the sides my cheekbones are high and prominent from the side, my cheeks are wide. But I have noticed they are sunked in a little bit, nasobial folds. I want to use implants as less as possible. What ortho surgery will benefit my jaw/forward cheek projection? Thank you doctors. Can jaw surgery make my jaw wider also or no?

Your view is reasonable and has to do with the width and slope of your lower jaw. The overall look can be made more balanced with proper procedures including augmentation of the jawline
Sometimes (depending on the case) there is an alternative procedure. When upper jaw is small, you can widen it by performing Lefort osteotomy. The upper jaw is split in half and placed into new position. This will save you an additional surgery.
