Is it suitable for me to have paranasal/pyriform implants? (Photo)

I would like to do rhinoplasty to remodel the nose tip width, dorsum width as well as septum. But, I also seem to have a depressed paranasal region, which spans from the upper jaw right to under the eye area. I expect doing the implant in this area, because they will also make my nose seem less projected. Are paranasal implants a suitable solution, given I want my nose to appear less projected, my midface more projected (convex), and upper lip moved slightly forward?

Based on your photos, it appears that the middle portion of the nose is narrow where you have the dents. That would cause the airflow in your nose to be decreased and would explain your breathing difficulties. You would likely need cartilage to be placed to make the airway in your nose bigger...
