I had a superficial peel yesterday & my skin is REALLY tight & dry now, PLEASE HELP!

Glycolic, Lactic and Salicylic acid peels of different strengths can be formulated in the office to customize the peel for the specific patients needs, therefore it is best to contact and consult the trained professional you had the superficial peel administered by. Although tightness and dryness are not uncommon side effects, they often can be soothed using a good moisturizing cream recommended or sold in clinic where your skin care professional works. I would call the physician who treated you and inquire.  Avene Cicalfate and Thermal Spring Water are good post-procedure products.  Gentle and soothing.

It depends on the level of dryness that you are experiencing for the best product to recommend.Something like QV intensive body moisturizer may be best for you, as it is highly emollient and will keep moisturize in.
