I need skin tightening and lifting. What is the difference between Thermage and Titan.

There are many alternatives for skin tightening today.  For mild tightening, Thermage may be enough but it doesn't penetrate deeply into the skin (the Titan laser even less so).  For more lifting and tightening, Ulthera is the preferred non invasive treatment.  For patients who may have some fatty tissue and need lifting and tightening my treatment of choice is Thermi RF Tight.  Here we use radiofrequency energy, like Thermage, but deliver it under the skin to the deeper tissues for a much more robust and long lasting result.  It only requires a single treatment session, that is painless because the area is numbed, and the results can last for years.  This is the ideal treatment for patients who want what appear to be surgical results without the downtime, expense and potential side effects of surgery.
