I mixed up my new and old trays, how do I know if I'm wearing the right one?

I forgot to throw out last weeks Invisalign tray(s)  I put this weeks tray(s)in the same spot. How do I know if I'm wearing the right tray? I'm not sure which tray is my current tray. I tried each top tray and bottom tray to see which one felt tighter. But, I'm unsure if what I need to be looking for is tightness or something else to make sure I'm wearing the right tray(s).

Each of your aligners has a 2 numbers on it. One is your patient ID number. The other is the sequence of your aligner. For instance, the 3rd upper aligner is labeled U 03. The numbers can be hard to read; putting it on a white napkin can make it easier to read (just don't wrap it in the napkin and toss it out).

there should be a number on the tray on the occlusal surface in the molars area .   If you can’t read it on both I would guess the newer should be more visible.
