The two teeth that are long at the gumline are pontics(replacements for missing teeth when a bridge is used). Since you have had major bone loss and ginival recession in the area, the pontic teeth were built longer to fill in the missing space. There are several possible ways to correct the size discrepancy. 1) The portion of the teeth near the gumline can be reduced to make them even with the adjacent teeth. However, this would create a gap or space between the gingival end of the tooth and your gum tissue. This could be ok if The area does not show when you smile and if the space does not bother you. The space would be wide open so it would be very easy to clean. 2) The bridge could be made with pink porcelain to resemble gum tissue. This would allow the tooth colored part of the pontic teeth to be made the same length as the teeth on both sides. There would be no gap between the bridge and your gumline with this option. 3). You could start over, have the bridge removed, and have bone and gingival grafting to build up the ridge height. It might be difficult to build it up enough to give you the esthetic result that you want. Any of these choices would give you a better cosmetic result than you presently have.
