Any advice would be greatly appreciated I cannot discuss this matter with the dentist. He doesn't see what I see. The implants positions are not right. I have 6 and crowns are bridge. Thank you
Answer: Unesthetic Dental Implant Bridge From the photos you show the bridge or crowns are not very esthetic. They have a very long appearance. This may be do to the amount of bone and or soft tissue loss you had or possibly from placement positions . It would be easier to assess if you show more photos from other angles and a copy of your X-rays would be very helpful in figuring out what is going on with your case.

Answer: Bicon implants and teeth appearance It appears from your photo that the teeth are very long. It is certainly not very aesthetic. It may be either due to severe bone loss and level of the implants or excessive angle of the implants with outward projection causing tissue loss and recession, hence the long teeth to cover them. The only option in both cases would be to remove and restore tissue and replace with properly placed and positioned implants.

Answer: Bicon Dental Implants The two teeth that are long at the gumline are pontics(replacements for missing teeth when a bridge is used). Since you have had major bone loss and ginival recession in the area, the pontic teeth were built longer to fill in the missing space. There are several possible ways to correct the size discrepancy. 1) The portion of the teeth near the gumline can be reduced to make them even with the adjacent teeth. However, this would create a gap or space between the gingival end of the tooth and your gum tissue. This could be ok if The area does not show when you smile and if the space does not bother you. The space would be wide open so it would be very easy to clean. 2) The bridge could be made with pink porcelain to resemble gum tissue. This would allow the tooth colored part of the pontic teeth to be made the same length as the teeth on both sides. There would be no gap between the bridge and your gumline with this option. 3). You could start over, have the bridge removed, and have bone and gingival grafting to build up the ridge height. It might be difficult to build it up enough to give you the esthetic result that you want. Any of these choices would give you a better cosmetic result than you presently have.
