I would recommend you speak to your dermatologist to determine if you are allergic or irritated. In my mind, there is a big difference between the two and they can look identical. Your dermatologist can perform a patch test if needed. If you have a true allergic contact dermatitis to bimatoprost, you might be advised to stop. If it is an irritant contact dermatitis, you might consider using less (as many need to use only once or twice per week after the 12 week mark. You might also ask your dermatologist for advise on periodic use of pimecrolimus cream on the eyelids.
I have found that if people find that Latisse makes their lids itchy, if you use it during the day it's not as bad. Several members of my staff do it this way. So shower or wash your face in the A.M., apply the Latisse, then apply your makeup as normal.
