So my face structure is sort of weird to begin with, my jawline is really uneven and my mouth is kind of pushed forward. This makes my head look kind of like a pear since the top of my head is really small and flat. In relation to my browbone, my eyes seem to be protruding too much... and when I look up/sideways I can always feel skin around my eyes strained/strange and it's annoying and uncomfortable. What procedures are there to correct this and to correct the overall balance in my face?

Answer: Inherited bulging eyes due to shallow orbits
You're definitely still swollen and the crease will come down for sure. However, it's been a month, you're still swollen. It will probably be another 4-6 months before you're really comfortable with them. Be patient and avoid surgery for now.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist.
Slow down young lady. Just use the tape for a few more years and save up. Plus you're young. Just wait and save up to hire the right surgeon for the job. Cost for this surgery across the globe ranges from $1000 up to $7000 under local anesthesia.Best of luck and don't get in a rush.Chase Lay MD

To be fair from the photos the scars appear to be progressing well for 6 months. Of course a closer inspection without make up is needed but don't be fooled into buying into a scar revision, often it disappoints more depending on the location.
Wish you the best in your journey,
