I have a white scar on the areola which is much darker of course. I heard that dermarolling alone can help regain pigmentation. And Latisse can also pigment the skin. Can I use dermaroller (bought online) then apply Latisse to get some color back? And will dermarolling cause more injury to the scar or a bigger scar?

Hello, Thanks for sharing your pics. Though Dermaroller helps in collagen induction its not the best option as it causes more dermal damage. Derma pen or microneedling is a better option. It is usually done once in 3 wks for 6-8 sessions. Consult a dermatologist.
