Deep set eyes - can you fix that through moving the eyeballs forward?

There are many different options for improving the appearance of your eyes.  Fillers like Juvederm or Restylane are often a good place to start, but I would recommend a consultation with a board certified oculoplastic surgeon to discuss surgical options, as well.  Good luck!

Thanks for your question. The answer is, "yes," one could potentially move the eyes forward, but I doubt any surgeon would do that for strictly cosmetic reasons. It is a fairly major procedure that carries with it risks. Most surgeons would recommend solving the issue by adding filler materials such as fat grafting instead. I would consult w/ a local plastic or oculo-plastic surgeon. Good luck to you.

If the deepset eyes are due to lack of fat or orbiculsris muscle, fat transfer or other filler injected into the infra brow areas can make the eyes look less deepset.
