I have deep set eyes and wanted to ask if you can somehow move the eyeballs forward through surgery so the eyes aren't deep set anymore. Or, at least, if you could somehow reduce the prominent brow bones, so the brow bones don't overshadow the eyes anymore.

If there has been a change in your eye position (with right eye fallen lower), then it could be silent sinus syndrome. Otherwise, it is likely inherited eye/orbit asymmetry along with eyelid asymmetry. See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.
