Deep set eyes - can you fix that through moving the eyeballs forward?

flowerpower09
I have deep set eyes and wanted to ask if you can somehow move the eyeballs forward through surgery so the eyes aren't deep set anymore. Or, at least, if you could somehow reduce the prominent brow bones, so the brow bones don't overshadow the eyes anymore.
