Would Clear and Brilliant or PicoSure Skin Rejuvenation work better for enlarged pores and minor sun spots?

Hello, I am a 36-year-old white female with relatively fair skin. Would Clear & Brilliant or PicoSure Skin Rejuvenation work better for enlarged pores, minor sun spots, and wrinkles prevention? I am looking for an overall skin rejuvenation. Last year, I had four Clear & Brilliant Sessions (original, not Permea) and was satisfied with the result. I wonder whether PicoSure would provide better results. Thank you! Natalia

You need to look for the best experience.  I recommend you look for a physician's office that has lots of options and excellent reviews.  We think PicoSure FOCUS is excellent for sun damage and overall skin rejuvenation.  We don't offer Clear and Brilliant so I'm not sure how they compare.

Thanks for your question.  We see it all of the time on this site:  "What's the BEST"???  There is no answer.  While each device should leave the factory the same, each one will act differently.  Much of your treatment will depend on the overall power of the device, how well it has been cared for, the settings used and the technique of the provider.  If the device isn't regularly serviced and calibrated or they fail to clean the lenses properly (it happens!), you won't get an effective treatment.You need to look for the best experience.  I recommend you look for a physician's office that has lots of options and excellent reviews.  We think PicoSure FOCUS is excellent for sun damage and overall skin rejuvenation.  We don't offer Clear and Brilliant so I'm not sure how they compare.  Best of luck.

OK guys- let apply some physics to this question as this 36 year old has given us all the clues. Firstly she is white female, secondly her concerns, thirdly she was satisfied with the result of NA C and B. We all know the 'snap' of picosecond lasers are generally more in melanin rich environment. We also know that LIOB secondary to epidermal changes are more prevalent in Type 3 upwards. If this lady was type 3- yes, PicoSure will be my advice. Will pico work? Sure, if one dwells and over passes with max energy 0.71 6mm, 5-6 k shots. The question is what laser or energy devices is the best? In her case I would say the Permea 1927 wavelength. 5 mj max energy with diode driven or 10-20 mj over pass with the 1927 Thullium driven Fraxel.
