Which birth control is better for hair loss? Yasmin or Diane 35?

I’m currently taking Yasmin but I read somewhere that Diane it’s much stronger as anti androgen birth control which one should I use? I have androgenetic alopecia.

I take my Finasteride every day at 2:45pm. Can I change the time? Will it ruin my effectiveness?

Finasteride can be taken at anytime of the day.  It can be taken with or without food.  It will not lose its effectiveness if taken at different times.  The only advice I have would be to take it at the same time everyday.

Finesteride doesnt cause itching in our practice we use restorsea spray (fish enzyme to help dry scalp) to combat this and give all our hair loss patients a topical steroid a few times a week. i suggest seeing an expert as this is likely not related to hair loss. A cell also helps with the...

This needs a examination by a hair expert. History as well as magnification examination and possibly biopsy will be performed. One must rule out male pattern hair loss,  anagen and telogen effluvium and hair breakage. Good luck.
